You simply have to steam these little fellows and relish !
Choose a steamer of your choice it can be Bamboo, Regular Momo Steamer or even Idly steamer. Ensure the water of the bottom pot is filled upto 75% , grease the top steamer with little oil before placing the momo's. In 10-12 minutes the momo's will be ready.
Enjoy with momo sauce when these are piping hot.
